Leader/Teacher Development

Our team supports the development of leaders and teachers. We facilitate the growth of teams and individuals. We assist in an increase in knowledge, skills and understanding through the facilitation of a range of quality programmes. CPD sessions can be based on existing, successful programmes such as teacher development, middle/senior leadership. inclusive leadership, coaching and our disadvantaged projects. CPD will be bespoke to individual organisations. Please see below for two examples of our offer. These are indicative and can be tailored based on the organisation's needs.
