Headteacher/Executive Performance Management

We support headteachers and executive leader performance management processes for schools within local authorities and multi-academy trusts. Whilst mindful of the need to adhere to guidance, we work with organisations to make the appraisal as constructive, purposeful and meaningful as possible. We communicate effectively with governors, trustees and school leaders.
