School Improvement Plan (SIP)

We provide assistance to school leaders with the review and development of key documentation including Self Evaluation Forms, School Development Plans and other strategic plans. LB Integrity can work with an organisation’s own proformas or we can provide model templates to be built upon, depending on what is most appropriate.

Self Evaluation Forms are a critical tool in the continued development of schools. We support the appropriate and accurate evaluation of current policies, practice and curriculum in line with Ofsted’s key judgements in order to identify areas for improvement. These then inform your School Improvement Plan so that these two key documents are accurately aligned and complement each other. We work with leaders to create a decisive and effective School Improvement Plan that will support the ongoing development of curriculum, pedagogy and provision as required.
