Case Study Impact
A mid size primary MAT in South East London approached LB Integrity for support with senior leader and middle leader development across the MAT. Whilst recognising the value of NPQs, they wanted something that was bespoke to them whilst using a strong evidence base. Our team took one of our existing projects and tailored it precisely to this trust whilst creating a bespoke framework. Through a combination of facilitated group sessions and 1:1 coaching sessions, the 2 programmes we curated inspired long lasting impact. An executive headteacher shared, six months afterwards, ‘Several of my colleagues have been transformed by the experience. They have models they know can cite to frame their thinking and it has helped create a deeper common leadership language and understanding’.
