Adam Lowing
I am an experienced leader and school improvement professional with a record of organisational transformation. I have led in a range of contexts including headships in two very different settings. One was a 740 pupil primary school and the other a school in an area of relative deprivation. I have received an Ofsted Outstanding Leadership/Management judgement and delivered record outcomes in all schools I have led in. My strengths include strategic planning and school improvement. I have a wide range of educational experience including in assessment, curriculum, pedagogy, inclusion, English, and educational technology. I have supported, developed and challenged colleagues across many settings nationwide including primary, secondary and alternative provision. I have created partnerships with a wide range of MATs/local authorities, affiliated agencies, community organisations and commercial partners.

I have over 35 years of educational experience. I began my career as a primary school teacher and SENCo in London before moving on to found the Parent Partnership Scheme in Bromley. I returned to teaching as Teacher-in-Charge of a KS3/4 Assessment Unit and then Deputy Head Teacher of a KS4 PRU. From here I went on to lead the Bromley Primary Behaviour Service. I then created and led the Behaviour Outreach Service for the Spring Partnership Trust. I have provided support to schools, children, families, local authorities and MATs. I have strong communication skills and have formed many professional partnerships. I am solution focused and believe in the power of effective, trusting collaboration. I am skilled in facilitating schools to meet Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. I have strong SEND knowledge and understanding.
