Adam Lowing | Director
Adam is an experienced leader and school improvement professional with a record of organisational transformation. He has led in a range of contexts including headships in two very different settings. Adam has received an Ofsted Outstanding Leadership/Management judgement and delivered record outcomes in all schools he has led in. His strengths include strategic planning and school improvement. He has a wide range of educational experience including in leadership, quality assurance, assessment, curriculum, pedagogies, inclusion, English, and educational technology. Adam has supported, developed and challenged colleagues across many settings nationwide including primary, secondary and alternative provision. He has created partnerships with a wide range of MATs/local authorities, affiliated agencies, community organisations and commercial partners.

Sue Byron | Director
Sue has over 35 years of educational experience. She began her career as a primary school teacher and SENCo before founding the Parent Partnership Scheme in Bromley. Sue returned to teaching as Teacher-in-Charge of a KS3/4 Assessment Unit and then Deputy Head Teacher of a KS4 PRU. She led the Bromley Primary Behaviour Service and created and led the Behaviour Outreach Service for the Spring Partnership Trust. Sue has experience of supporting many schools, children, families, local authorities, MAT and commercial organisations. She has strong communication skills, a wealth of SEMH/SEND experience and has formed many professional partnerships. Sue is solution focused and believes in the power of effective, trusting collaboration.

Jessica Grillo | Partnership Manager
With 20 years of experience in primary education, Jessica has a proven track record in leadership, inclusion, and teacher training. As a senior leader and inclusion lead, she has worked closely with the staff team to identify and deliver strategic and operational changes to ensure all pupils, regardless of need, are able to fulfill their potential. Over recent years, Jessica has been part of a team leading a large postgraduate teacher training programme across primary and secondary settings nationally, collaborating with a number of stakeholders to deliver impactful, evidence-based training to trainee teachers, ensuring they are equipped with the vital knowledge and skills to maximise their impact in the classroom. Her unwavering passion centres on cultivating educational excellence, where pupil development and success are paramount, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their very best.
Jane Lowing | Operations Manager
Jane has over 20 years of professional experience, including her working in education as a teacher and roles in PR consultancy and commercial operational management. As Operations Manager at LB Integrity, she combines her teaching experience with operational leadership experience to help manage systems and processes to support our clients and the team.
