Adam Lowing | Director

Adam’s leadership journey spans headship in two contrasting schools, both achieving record outcomes, including an Ofsted “Outstanding” for Leadership and Management. A strategic thinker with deep expertise in school improvement, curriculum, assessment, and inclusion, Adam partners with schools, trusts, and local authorities nationwide. His collaborative approach has strengthened leadership capacity and provision in primary, secondary, and alternative settings.

Sue Byron | Director
Sue brings over 35 years of experience, beginning as a primary teacher and SENDCO before leading innovative behaviour support services. She has worked across schools, local authorities, MATs, and community organisations, specialising in SEMH, SEND, and inclusive leadership. Known for her empathetic, solution-focused approach, Sue builds trust quickly, helping leaders and teams find practical ways to overcome challenges.

Jessica Grillo | Partnership Manager

Jessica’s 20-year career in primary education includes senior leadership and national programme management. A passionate advocate for inclusion, she has led change to ensure every pupil, regardless of need, can fulfil their potential. Her work in ITT and teacher training has equipped thousands of new teachers with evidence-informed strategies that make a lasting difference in the classroom.

 

Jane Lowing | Operations Manager 

Jane combines her teaching background with senior operational roles in education, PR, and commercial management. At LB Integrity, she ensures systems and processes run smoothly so our clients and team have the support they need. Her detail-focused, organised approach keeps projects moving efficiently without losing sight of people and relationships.
