Reviews and Quality Assurance

We support leaders in their self-evaluation by supporting them through quality assurance activities . These reviews often will have a specific focus and can include areas such as whole school effectiveness, leadership and management, provision and outcomes, safeguarding, teaching and learning, curriculum and SEND. We work with MAT and local authority leaders, headteachers, governors, senior leaders and middle leaders. Our team works collaboratively to help school leaders celebrate areas of strength and to precisely identify key aspects to develop. We work in partnership. Our recommendations, advice, reports and guidance is always constructive.
