Our work in Initial Teacher Training (ITT) is driven by a simple belief: every pupil, in every classroom, deserves a great teacher. We help providers prepare and assess new teachers with high expectations, practical skill, and a deep commitment to equity so that trainees are ready to meet the needs of all learners, regardless of background or starting point. We work at both strategic and operational levels.
