This partnership supports leaders to improve curriculum, pedagogy, and writing confidence through clear, values-aligned frameworks and expert guidance.

Our Role.

As training and facilitation partners, we support schools to:

Plan and implement the programme within their unique context
Deliver CPD and coaching for subject leaders and staff
Guide school and trust leaders throughout the process

We bring system-level insight and our values of integrity, positivity, and diligence to every stage.

What The Programmes Look Like.

This approach is shaped by the EEF Implementation Guidance, which highlights the importance of preparation, active ingredients, and sustainability.

Planning Phase.

This model helps turn strategy into habit. Our role is to support sustainable, context-specific practice.

Programme Resources.

Each school receives access to a suite of resources including over 200 curriculum-aligned units, annotated model texts, assessment frameworks, and planning tools. These materials are designed to support clarity, consistency, and high-impact teaching without restricting professional judgment.
