Strategic SEND & SEMH

Necessary for some, useful for all.

With increasing complexity in needs and rising demand for support services, schools and trusts are under pressure to deliver inclusive, high-impact provision.

Our work spans SEND, SEMH, and behaviour, always driven by a belief in high expectations for all.

We partner with SENDCOs, inclusion leads, headteachers, governors and trust leaders to create and refine inclusive action plans that lead to real change. Whether enhancing existing approaches or shaping new ones, our focus is on sustainable improvement so every pupil, across every setting, can thrive.

We also support schools to address behaviour and SEMH challenges with empathy and practicality. Through audits, coaching, and CPD, we help leaders build whole-school systems that prioritise wellbeing and restore calm, purposeful environments.

Strategic Impact.

  • Promotes equity by ensuring every pupil has access to the support they need

  • Strengthens , building shared language and confidence across teams

  • Develops sustainable systems, not temporary fixes so support becomes part of school-wide culture and strategy

Client Feedback.

“Being a new SENDCO I was feeling quite overwhelmed with the operational side of the job and I was finding it hard to be strategic. A day spent action planning and getting advice and guidance from Adam was very valuable. My goals feel much more achievable and I have a clear plan in place.”
SENDCO, Secondary School.

“Sue Byron’s support has been invaluable. She has helped us refine our approach to meeting needs and as a result behaviour has improved for not only ‘high-end’ children but all pupils. Her advice and support is priceless.”
Headteacher, Primary School.

“We asked Sue to work with us on behaviour management. All the adults that she worked with found her feedback extremely useful. She was empathetic and had many useful suggestions that were implemented quickly.”
Headteacher, Primary School, Bromley.
