Whole School Behaviour Management

We provide assistance to school leaders to help further improve the behaviour of pupils and their management throughout the school. Working in collaboration with staff we undertake an audit of behaviour, attitudes and behaviour management systems in school to explore and review current policy and practice. This includes a review of interventions for SEMH pupils and the pastoral support systems in place. A written report informs leaders where policies and practice are effective and behaviour is positive together with areas identified for development. The latter will form key priorities for the school action plan. The report will also suggest any resources, training or support necessary to further promote effective behaviour management and create a safe, calm, orderly and positive environment in school.
