Areas of School Support Include:

Leadership and Evaluation 

Support to evaluate against Ofsted and other frameworks.  Assistance with the creation and review of key documentation including SEFs, School Development Plans and strategic plans.  Development of leaders and the growth of teams and individuals.  Provision of executive coaching services.



Supporting the development of whole school behaviour practice and policy.  Guidance around  pupil support systems including individual case work.  Behaviour audit giving strategic insight using evidence from a wide variety of sources to support further improvement in pupil behaviour and well-being.  Advice and coaching around classroom management and behaviour strategies.  School improvement projects e.g. setting up a Nurture Group, improving the lunchtime experience etc.



Specialist assessment, support and advice around children who have SEMH difficulties, classroom observations, specialist assessments  and written advice/reports for staff.  Attendance at meetings with parents/carers and/or other professionals.  Assistance with Additional/Pastoral Support Plans or onward referrals.


Learning and Development / CPD

Supporting the growth of knowledge and skills through facilitation of quality programmes.  Whole staff/small group/individual training based on accredited frameworks and bespoke approaches tailored to meet objectives and needs.


Staff Well-being 

Support to promote the positive health and well-being of your school.  Audits to review current policy and practice.  Exploration of staff needs and opinions.  Identification of further resources, training or support.  Guidance around strategy and action planning.
